• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Any attempt to tamper with or hack the bm99 system.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account that matches the deposit method used.
• Additional documents may be requested if identity verification is required.
• Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawals related to bonuses.
• For bank transfers, any recognized bank may be used, including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or BRAC Bank.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Details

See the examples below to clearly understand how the bonus is calculated:

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳16,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000.
• Only 15x wagering on the bonus amount is required (not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 wagered, after which the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• bm99's decision is final in determining eligibility for any bonus.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Upgrade & Downgrade Terms

Your VIP tier will increase based on regular and active gaming activity. Detailed eligibility criteria can be obtained directly from the bm99 support team. VIP tier may be reduced due to inactivity or violation of the Terms.

• Cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited at a set time.
• The cashback amount may not always equal the announced maximum rate.
